In the summer of 2005, Rachel & Josh Porter had a dream of bringing artistic sports and activities to Sapulpa in an energetic and uplifting atmosphere. That fall…Ovations was born!

Ovations Studio & Gym quickly outgrew the 1 room studio it began in, and by the fall of 2006 Ovations moved into a 9,000 sq ft facility with 3 dance studios and a ballroom capable of hosting classes and events.

Ovations aquired a building next door in 2008 and began renovations on what is now known as Ovations Gym. At a total of over 16,000 sq ft, Ovations Studio & Gym is one of the largest privately owned studios in Oklahoma.

Ovations is owned and operated by Rachel & Josh Porter. The Porters and their 3 sons (Zeke, Chi & Jet) run Ovations, volunteer in the community, are active in church, own a farm, participate in local and global missions, and help run an orphanage in West Africa.

The staff at Ovations is an experienced group of people who love working with kids, are experts in their fields, and take the responsibility of coaching students very seriously.
